Maximum dosage:  10mg/kg a day in 2-3 doses.

Not recommended for children below 4 years.

Dosage for fibromyalgia:

For Adults(18-64 years): 75mg twice/day

Maximum dosage:  450mg/day.

Dosage for nerve pain caused by injury in the spinal cord:

For Adults(18-64 years): 75mg twice/day.

Maximum dosage:  Lyrical 300mg twice/day or 600mg/day.

Both dosages are not suitable for kids.
